Admissions to Nursery

Visiting Nursery

We are always very happy to welcome families into school to visit our nursery. Please contact our office team on [email protected] or 020 8398 5580 and they will be able to arrange a time for you to come in to see the nursery provision and meet the staff. 

Nursery admissions

Cranmere manages its own admissions procedure for the Nursery and children are eligible to join in the term following their third birthday. We can take a maximum of 26 pupils per nursery session, and have capacity for two sessions per week.

We currently run two sessions, each comprising of two and a half days. Puffins class runs on Mondays, Tuesdays and a half day on Wednesday. Owls class runs on Wednesday afternoons and all day on Thursday and Friday. These makes up the free 15 hour entitlement for nursery-age children (there is no top-up fee).

A limited number of 30-hour places (i.e. full-time, all week) are available for eligible families.

We also run an on-demand wrap-around care service for our Nursery children whereby parents can pay for additional time at Nursery either before the normal drop-off time (from 8am) or after the normal pickup time (until 4:30pm).  For more information please contact the school office team on [email protected] or 020 8398 5580.
